RETURN POLICY

There are no returns for any open products. We will be able to exchange any defective mats within 10 days from sale. You must contact us by then. You will need to provide a digital photograph of said defect. All other returns must be made within 15 days from sale with a 15% Restocking Fee on the item costs excluding shipping. Again, you must contact us for RMA information. We will not be responsible for the shipping fees for you to send the items back to us and the shipping costs paid to send the order to you will not be credited. Thanks!
